If for any reason you are not satisfied, this Return Policy explains the conditions under which you can return the product and receive a refund. This policy is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

2. Your Statutory Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you purchase Vascular Vantage through our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending a clear statement (e.g., by email) to the contact details provided below before the 14-day period expires. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the product.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • The product must not have been tampered with, damaged by the customer, or used.
  • You must provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, order reference (if available), and the reason for the return.
  3. We will respond with return instructions, including the return address and any relevant reference numbers.
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.
  5. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining your proof of postage.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your statutory right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless the product is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item.

If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any product you believe to be faulty so we can advise on the return process.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the return conditions outlined in Section 3, we will process your refund as follows:

  • We will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
  • We will inspect the product to confirm it is in its original, unopened condition.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund will include the price of the product and the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). If you chose a delivery option more expensive than standard delivery, we will only refund the cost equivalent to standard delivery.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

When reporting a damaged or defective product, please provide:

  • Your name and order details.
  • A description of the damage or defect.
  • Photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue (if possible).

8. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again, as processing times may vary.
  • Contact your bank or card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including but not limited to:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides rights regarding goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
  • The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which provides the right to cancel distance contracts within 14 days.
